Ariya Baumann, Talks & Chants BMIMC 2016
Ariya Baumann, Talks & Chants BMIMC 2016
During
the first week the yogis practised metta meditation only, during the
remaining three weeks they practised vipassana meditation with a
daily session of metta meditation.
Throughout
the retreat metta chants were part of the daily practice as a
supportive element for the development of a benevolent and kind
attitude towards others and oneself as well as for the development of
liberating wisdom.
