Metta Chants

The longer I use metta chants as part of my practice the more I see and experience the invaluable benefit of these chants: they open and gladden the heart, they sooth and calm an agitated mind, they energize an inert and dull mind, they weaken aversion and ill will, they are a source of inspiration, and they make the mind easily concentrated.

Metta chants can also be used in daily life to keep the mind in a benevolent, kind, loving, and positive state.
